Sweet Jesus yes it's that bad. Yellow background is a mistake 99.9% of the time to begin with, and then you have yelow links on top of it, going for sheer unreadability. And then light shades of green on top of the yellow is questionable as well. The scrolling ads on the right are almost as annoying, they scroll entirely too fast, especially considering how little is actually on there.
